There are several important things to keep in mind when applying Dark circle concealer, regardless of which concealer you choose:

4.Ensure the concealer is well-hydrate by dusting it with loose or compact powder. You shouldn’t use powder on concealers. With a matte finish because it may result in a look of dryness or a feeling of dryness. However, feel free to experiment to see which is best: with or without powder.
5.Apply some luminous highlighter under your eyes. or use a concealer with a satin finish to conceal the shadowed areas even better. The use of a luminescent highlighter for wrinkles may emphasize the appearance of folds in the skin.
